Warranty Policy

All night vision devices sold by OneLeaf are covered by 2-year warranty, batteries and accessories are not included. For devices purchased within a 2-year timeframe from the original date of purchase, we are dedicated to providing a replacement or repair warranty. OneLeaf shall replace or repair the product at no charge for any defects in manufacturing and assembling.


For the DOA(Dead On Arrival) defectives, OneLeaf cover all shipping cost for returning back and sending replacement.


For other defectives under warranty, customers are required to return them to OneLeaf HK office for technical analysis. Customers bear the shipping cost for sending back. After analysis, If it is resulted from workmanship or product itself, OneLeaf will refund the shipping cost to Customers. If it is resulted from improper operation, customers bear the shipping cost for returning defectives to OneLeaf HK office and OneLeaf bear the shipping cost for sending back replacement.


For repairable defectives out of warranty, OneLeaf repair them at no charge. Customers are required to cover all shipping cost for returning back and sending replacement.


This warranty policy does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, wear or tear, product modification. Service under this warranty, please contact support@oneleaf.ai
