We keep you informed
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking information.
Shipping method and delivery estimates
All of orders will ship from our factory warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.
- All orders will be shipped within 2 business days, in most cases we will arrange shipment at the time of we receive your order.
- Express shipping method: takes 5--8 business days, shipped by DHL/UPS/Fedex
- Standard shipping method: takes 3--5 weeks roughly, in some cases even longer, please make sure you know the risk of shipping time, HK Warehouse to the USA only takes 12 days in the fastest, but sometimes such as promotion days for festival or snowstorm, it will take longer time even about 1 month!
- For postal deliveries (standard method), no signature is required. For express deliveries, PO Box address is not permitted for security reasons, signature is required when delivery.
How much am I charged for shipping?
- For orders over 200USD, it won't cost you anything.
- For orders under 200USD, you can choose express method, we will charge you 25 USD, or pay 5USD we will ship your order by postal method.
- Customs duties: You may have to pay customs duties to receive your order, we can not guarantee or predict the value of it. Orders shipped with an express service have a higher probability of being taxed.
How can I track my order?
You could get your tracking numbers from the shipments email and find the way to tracking your package via Track Your order page.
Signature on delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable optical equipment. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, OneLeaf will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact OneLeaf customer support
